Welcome to the Skating School at Enebybergs IF Figure Skating Section!

For the 2025–2026 season, we offer the following periods:

Period 1
Weeks 38-47 – 10 sessions
Saturdays at Enebybergs Ice Rink
10:00-10:45 – all ages
Fee: 1600 SEK
Note: In week 40, the training time will be postponed due to a competition at Enebybergs Ice Rink.

Period 2
Weeks 48-8 (no training during weeks 51, 52, and 1) – 10 sessions
Sundays at Danderydsvallen (outdoor rink)
10:00-10:45 – children born in 2019 and later
11:00-11:45 – children born in 2018 and earlier, as well as youth and adult groups
Note: The age distribution between the time slots may change depending on the number of registrations.
Fee: 1600 SEK

If you register for both Period 1 and Period 2 at the same time, the combined package price is 3000 SEK.

Period 3
Weeks 10-13 – 4 sessions
Saturdays at Enebybergs Ice Rink
10:00-10:45 – all ages
Fee: 640 SEK

Period 4 
Weeks 16-20 – 5 sessions
Enebybergs Ice Rink
Day and time will be announced later in the spring.
Fee: 800 SEK

EIF Figure Skating – Skating School

In the Skating School, we offer training for children, teenagers and adults with the goal of teaching the basics of skating. Skaters are divided into different groups based on age and skill level.

We offer groups for children aged 3–12 years, where the focus is on having fun and getting to know the ice. We also offer a beginner group for older children/teenagers (12–15 years) and a group for adults within the Skating School.

In addition to the Skating School, we have training groups for youth and adults who wish to continue developing their skating skills.

Children’s Skating School

The Children’s Skating School is aimed at children aged 3–12 years.
To ensure the best possible training experience, participants are divided into groups according to their previous experience.

Step 1

Prerequisites: None
Training focus: Getting comfortable on the ice, learning to stand up and move forward independently—mainly through play and fun activities.
Goal: Achieve Badge 1 & 2.

Step 2

Prerequisites: Able to move/slide forward and stand up independently (approximately equivalent to Badge 2).
Training focus: Increasing speed, skating backward, and learning fun skating tricks such as bunny hops, “the rooster,” and bubbles in a playful way.
Goal: Achieve Badge 3.

Step  3 – Figure Skating School

Prerequisites: Comfortable and stable on the ice, able to skate both forward and backward, and can perform basic skating skills such as bunny hops and stopping. (At least Badge 3 recommended.)
Training focus: Improving balance on one foot, forward and backward gliding, slalom, spins, and simple jumps.
Goal: Achieve the remaining figure skating badges.

Beginner Group for teenagers (Ages 12–15)

This group is for skaters aged 12–15 who wants to learn the basics of skating together with peers.
No previous experience is required, and training is adapted individually to each participant’s level and needs.

Adult Skating School

We also offer a group for adults in our Skating School.
Your previous experience doesn’t matter—training is tailored to your current level and personal goals.
When registering, please select “Adult group” under the section for previous experience.
